SALARY - 12k to 20k

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers through market research, cold calling, and networking to build a strong pipeline of leads.
  • Sales Presentations: Present our products/services to potential clients with clarity and enthusiasm, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company to drive revenue growth.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to the team.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, outlining achievements and challenges faced.
  • Feedback: Provide feedback from customers to the sales and product development teams to continually improve our offerings.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 0-1 years of experience in sales or a related field, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
