Job description
Key Roles And Responsibilities (but Not Limited)
- Work closely with Group HR Head on Policy Designing, Talent Management, Compliances and Formulating HR Plan for the Business.
- Work closely with the Business Team to understand Talent requirement based on the Company's HR Plan.
- Appraise management about available Talent pool and future talent requirement(s) supporting to the divisional Business Strategies, if any;
- Lead the Succession Planning at the division level.
- Formulate a Career Development Plans based on the individual Career Path derived from the Succession Planning;
- Work closely with the Business Head and Leadership Team for alignment of divisional Strategies with its VMV followed by its cascading into departmental level for designing a strong PMS process.
- Lead & Administer the Talent Management Process followed by the larger Learning Agenda of the organization.
- Be the face of the Change in organization for its betterment by advocating the need of a change;
- Remain updated and Implement Best People Practices in the division;
- Work with the Team towards continuous improvement.
- Inculcate and ensure the harmonious environment that supports Compliances, Business Ethics and Divisional Discipline.
- Ensure 100% Statutory and Legal Compliances on HR front;
