Job description
JOB OBJECTIVE:
To assist BM in meeting the MEL & other cross sell business
targets for the said branch.He should adhere the policies and
procedures to ensure that KGFS at branch level has the necessary
Operations capability to realise its business plans. Ensure KGFS at
branch level possesses the operating systems necessary to
function effectively and ensure compliance to all processes as laid
down.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Product Implementation:
Roll out MEL and allied products/ play an active role in pilot
testing of the new products and processes and provide feedback
to BM
Customer Focus:
Regularly undertake field visits to understand customer needs to
enhance customer service
Networking:
Establish and maintain professional relationship with opinion
leaders, transaction points and local retailers in the service area
for smooth functioning of branch
Organisational Values and Mission
Inculcates KGFS values and Mission to the team and makes sure
that the culture is instilled for all direct reports
Communicates KGFS mission and values to all customers to
facilitate mission accomplishment.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Graduate in any discipline B Com will be preferred
Minimum two years experience in Business Loan / Micro
Enterprise Loan / Personal Loan and experience in selling Life /
General Insurance would be an added advantage
Knowledge of local language is must and knowing geography and
culture would be desirable.
