Job description

This role will be directly responsible for leadership of SAP TM process leveraging SAP TM/Logistics solution with PGT Template for SAP deployments through PGT Program.
This role ensures Global Template solution supports the SAP S/4 Transport Management (TM) process for PepsiCo s markets, solves for any design gap within the template governance and delivers deployments successfully.
This role collaborates in standardization of the business processes and ensuring that the configured system confirms to the Global Template approach while meeting the needs of the business.
This role will adopt and adhere to PepsiCo Agile Methodology (PAM) principles for the Global Template project.
This role will also be accountable for the integration other key functions in other value streams, such as FTS, MTD, OTC & RTR and local handheld applications for frontline workers in local markets.

Responsibilities

Leads SAP application operations team in Sectors as an expert in Hands-on/SME
Leads technically and Prioritize team s work and assign daily work tasks with limited supervision
Manages a team size of about 2-3 direct reports(Internal/Vendor)
Provides guidance and expertise to the support teams on design and development performance and architecture decisions
Works with Sector Operations leads and Global leads and Gets guidance from global teams for standards and direction
Responsible for SAP System availability and Performance across the globe
Collaborates with global function sub-leads in facilitating governance and template management, provide subject matter expertise, ensures team s adherence to PIRT and other global standards
Leads team s work with customers and IT partners to identify and resolve issues within defined SLAs
Provides outstanding customer service to direct and indirect customers

Qualifications

Years of Experience

8+ years of experience configuring, deploying, and managing SAP ERP with a focus on SAP Transport Management (TM), SAP LE, SAP SD modules with integration experience to third party solutions.

Mandatory Technical Skills

8+ years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on SAP SD, SAP LE, SAP TM modules with integration experience to Handheld solutions for go to market area.
4+ years of experience in SAP S/4 preferred
Hands on experience on various SAP TM models like Freight Order Management in S/4
Experience around setting up of SAP Master data like Business Partner, Transportation mode, Products, Carrier profile, Resources Routes, Career Charges etc.
Experience on ERP Logistics Integration, Freight unit/Freight order management, integration with SD and transportation planning, Integration with EWM.
Good working knowledge of Freight management and planning in SAP TM.
Knowledge on Integration with mobile devices, warehouse systems and advance transportation systems for route planning, load building, route execution and settlement.

Mandatory Non-Technical Skills

Having deep SAP SD, TM Knowledge & experience with ability to manage concurrent TM/Logistics solution rollouts.
Having broad market exposure across NA, Europe, AMESA & APAC to understand Logistics nuances of the countries in these sectors.
