Job DescriptionJob Description:
The Sprinklr Proposal Manager will own the company’s RFX process and is responsible for updating and improving the process as our bu siness structure and needs change. They will continually optimize the process to save the company time and money on our RFX response efforts and to improve our win rate.
The proposal manager will manage the RFX library to ensure we have efficient and quality responses to as many potential questions as possible. This will require them to work cross functionally with teams such as Legal, Services, Security and more to ensure they maintain their libraries and regularly review their accuracy. They will source new library entries when gaps are identified . The proposal manager should have strong writing skills to improve the quality and clarity of responses in the library.
The Proposal manager will facilitate the RFX process for account teams – helping them assemble a winning response team and create their project in our RFX software, while also import ing source documents . They will answer questions and problem sol ve user issues. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
The Proposal manager will manage reporting on our RFX efforts across our RFX software and Salesforce. Regularly reviewing the data to uncover insights that will allow us to become more efficient and improve our win rate.
Experience:
Proven ability in planning, producing, and delivering proposals within a complex business environment. The Proposal Manager will be experienced in scheduling and running proposal kick-off meetings /emails , facilitating key review meetings or check-ins, final document review, document production, and delivery of the completed proposal. Typically, they will have experience of designing, managing, and updating a Content Library or Proposal Automation Solution.
Measure of Success :
Typical measures of success include win rate, capture rate, content quality, revenue, margin, proposals submitted and achievement of internal SLAs.
