Role and Responsibilities:
As the Manager of Client Servicing you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and recall
- Collaborating with internal teams to create proposals that meet client requirements
- Ensuring seamless event execution through careful supervision and coordination
- Coordinating with the Design and Production team to deliver flawless events
- Participating in event planning and working diligently to meet deadlines
- Managing costs negotiating agreements and handling all accounting formalities with clients
- Conducting research booking artists and vendors and negotiating contracts
- Maintaining a wellorganized database and managing various documents
- Completing postevent formalities such as sending reports gathering client feedback and obtaining testimonials
- Closing events efficiently and effectively
Candidate Qualifications:
To excel in this role you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
- Prior experience in client servicing or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
