Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Consultant located in Hyderabad. The Immigration Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with visa applications, providing legal advice, consulting on immigration issues, and managing global immigration processes.

Job Summary:  The Team Lead - Immigration Counselor is responsible for leading a team of immigration counselors to provide expert guidance and support to clients seeking immigration services. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Team Lead will also be involved in client consultations, case management, and team development.

Responsibilties

· Lead and motivate a team of immigration counselors to achieve performance targets and client satisfaction.

· Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.

· Foster a positive & collaborative work environment.

· Conduct immigration consultations for clients, understanding their needs and providing accurate information on immigration processes and requirements.

· Assess clients' eligibility for various immigration programs.

· Oversee the preparation and submission of immigration applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.

· Monitor the progress of cases and address any issues or delays.

· Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures.

· Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all stages of the immigration process. Handle escalated client concerns and provide timely resolutions.

· Review and approve client documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.

· Generate regular reports on team performance, case status, and key performance indicators.

· Collaborate with other departments, legal experts, and government agencies to facilitate smooth immigration processes.

· Implement quality control measures to uphold the highest standards in service delivery.

· Conduct periodic audits of cases and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor's degree.

· Proven experience in immigration counseling and case management.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· In-depth knowledge of immigration laws and procedures.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

· Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
