Job description
Handle end to end employee lifecycle. Take full ownership of timely manpower deployment during mobilizations and cases of attrition Engage with Learning and Development team for identifying and filling the skill gaps in in-unit employees Develop healthy relationship with in-unit employees to drive excellence in operational performance Take full ownership of entire employee life cycle for recruitment till separation Understanding client requirements and incorporating them in hiring specifications Reviewing performance of in-unit employees in relation to client expectations and implementing corrective actions such as performance improvement plans, salary revisions, transfers, etc. Drive talent pipeline through coaching & aspiration management Scrutinize & improve: o In-unit Employees training program o Engagement Plan o Attrition Control Plan o Rewards and Recognition Program · Identify the best HR practices across industry and implement them
Personal specification: Extremely good in managing people · Process Oriented / Adheres to timelines · Proficient in planning projects and effectively managing tasks · Proficient in comprehending / articulating & presenting · Stakeholder Management Minimum 5 years of experience in food service industry · Management graduateJob tags
