Work from Home (with occasional in-person meetings in Kolkata)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough business research using various resources and tools to gather information relevant to the company's needs.
- Develop storytelling structures based on a proprietary framework, translating complex business concepts into engaging narratives.
- Scriptwriting for videos, podcasts, and educational content, aligning with the company's objectives and target audience.
- Utilize Eleven Labs or similar tools to produce high-quality audio content for various purposes.
- Create visually compelling presentation slides to complement audio content, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in conveying key messages.
- Merge audio and video files to produce finalized multimedia content.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of proven experience in business research, technical writing, and content creation, particularly in B2B contexts.
- Proficiency in conducting comprehensive business research, synthesizing information, and presenting it cohesively.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging scripts for different mediums (videos, podcasts, educational content).
- Familiarity with multimedia tools like Eleven Labs or similar software for audio production.
- Proficiency in creating visually appealing presentation slides to accompany audio content.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects independently.
- Located in Kolkata or willing to attend occasional in-person meetings.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in creating B2B blogs or similar content.
- Familiarity with video editing software/tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
