Key Responsibilities
- Agent Recruitment:
- Develop and establish various sources for agent hiring to build a strong team of agents and maintain a pipeline for future recruitments.
- Conduct activities and initiatives to increase the footfall of existing agents, generating fresh referrals to facilitate new agent hiring.
- Agent Development:
- Ensure agents possess comprehensive product knowledge through training, including field demonstrations (FODs) following MNYL guidelines.
- Cultivate strong prospecting and calling habits among agents to enhance their efficiency in generating leads.
- Identify training requirements for agents and collaborate with Trainers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Meeting Business Targets:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans as per set targets.
- Enhance agent productivity and persistency through regular PRP (Performance Review Process), IID (Individual Interaction Discussion), GID (Group Interaction Discussion), etc.
- Maintain adherence to the company's product mix sales ratio and comply with business norms.
