Job description

We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer with Spanish language experience to join our IT team.

The Junior Service Desk Engineer is responsible for providing timely and friendly technical support for customers seeking assistance with the company's products and services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and live chat

• Update customer records in the company's helpdesk software

• Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues

• Install and configure software applications

• Diagnose network connectivity issues

• Provide technical support for hardware and software products

• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical support personnel

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer with Spanish language experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of computer hardware and software

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues

• Proficient in Windows operating systems

• Familiarity with helpdesk software and remote access tools

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
