About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of over 10 years in IT sales, with extensive experience in time & materials (T&M) and managed services. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who has played a pivotal role in captive carve-outs, buy-outs, or Build-Operate-Transfer (BoT) projects and has a knack for securing marquee new logo acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on T&M and managed services. Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including marquee new logo acquisitions, in the IT sector. Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Project Leadership: Play a leading role in captive carve-out, buy-out, or BoT projects, demonstrating strategic planning and execution capabilities. Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the IT industry. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving business goals.

Requirements Experience: At least 10 years of distinguished experience in IT sales, particularly in T&M and managed services. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in marquee new logo acquisitions and significant contributions to business growth. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and execute complex projects, including experience with captive carve-outs, buy-outs, or BoT. Relationship Management: Exceptional skills in building, sustaining, and managing relationships with clients and partners. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications are a plus.
