Job description

This role involves identifying potential clients, building relationships, and effectively presenting products or services to meet customer needs. The Territory Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:

Sales of Functional & Speciality Chemicals such as Petro & Chemical product.
Develop and implement a sales plan for the assigned territory to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Identify and prospect potential customers within the designated area.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and providing excellent customer service.
Present products or services to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts to clients.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure smooth customer interactions and satisfaction.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Educational Qualification: Graduate/ MBA
