Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop agents in line with career development.

- Ensuring training of agents as per business requirements.

- Monitoring key competition.

- Drive business from team of advisors

- Work on opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

- Monitor the day-to-day activity.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 2+ Years Of experience in sales management within the BFSI sector.

- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic skills.

- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and market dynamics.
