Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Telecaller Coordinator role located in Noida. The Telecaller Coordinator will manage and coordinate with Clients, monitor onboarding, and ensure call quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a contact center environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer service orientation
• Proven track record of achieving targets and managing a team of telecallers
• Flexibility to work in 24/7 shift timings
• Good command of English and Hindi
• Sound knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and other relevant computer applications
• Demonstrated ability to train and coach telecallers effectively
• Min. 12th Passed
• Experience in healthcare is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time efficiently, and multitask.
