Qualification- Diploma

Skill Set- Testing Support

Experience- 2 to 4 Years

Job Description: The selected consultant will be required to support for:

-Workshop (Instrumentation and Test Preparation)

-Vehicle instrumentation as per work guideline

-Updation at vehicle level: assembly and disassembly of HVAC system/sub- system

-Trouble shooting related to HVAC aggregate,root cause identification and rectification on BS-VI vehicles

-Follow quality checks on the work done in shop and participate in workshop knowledge sharing sessions

-Test Execution

-Carrying out Test on vehicle as per work guideline and plan given by lead engineer

-Test data compilation, data analysis report preparation

-Participate in result discussion and knowledge sharing

-Daily Work Management

-Running of various rigs and work shop activities in A,B,C and G shift

-Trouble shooting and rectification of vehicle HVAC, BCS related issues

-Maintain record of daily work, report generation, follow up with vendors

-Participate in Department level initiatives like Safety, VAVE,GEAR, Productivity improvement and Work Guidelines/SOP writing

-Record and report generation

-HVAC/ BSC Trouble shooting

Preferred Skills & Knowledge Skills & Knowledge of:

-Working level knowledge of HVAC (knowledge on Electric Vehicle thermal management system is preferred)

-Exposure to mobile air conditioning, automobile thermal management validation

-Work scheduling as per priorities

-Effective communication with operators and engineers

-Working level knowledge of MS-Office

-Handling skilled manpower

-Basic knowledge of automobile systems
