Motivate, Counsel, and deliver daily theory Classes at Different Hotel Delhi /NCR locations of the IHG group. Reliably commute to the different locations of Delhi /NCR location to deliver the course. Continuously focus on the students development and needs when required to coupe up with real Hospitality Industry operation requirements. Programs to focus on a variety of topics, including product knowledge, customer service, and supervisory skills. Conduct training needs assessments, design and develop training programs and facilitate the delivery of programs. Qualification: - Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM. Annual Package 5 LAC - 7 LAC (Per Annum) Education & Experience Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Minimum 3-5 yrs. of Experience working in Training is required.
