Job description

Areas of Responsibility / Tasks Remotely (or onsite) provide the following commercial support in the following regions for the sales of products & services of our production site in India (or China) and affiliates in other countries. Regions to be supported: Europe, North America, LATAM, India, Middle East, Africa and other countries if required. Provide instruction to the commercial/trading terms of quotation. Support contract negotiations with customers on commercial terms for sales projects. Propose specific negotiation guideline according to our risks policy and the concerns of different customers. Review the IFB (Invitation for Bid) documents for sales projects; and provide commercial/trading advice to other departments on the said projects. Instruct the preparation of our bidding documents, and ensure they are in compliance with proper commercial/trading practice to avoid possible commercial/trading risks. Review or draft contracts/agreements for sales projects; and ensure that they are in compliance with proper commercial/trading practice to avoid possible commercial/trading risks. Control possible commercial/trading risks during execution of sales projects. Propose and discuss commercial/trading solutions on sales projects. Be responsible for the communication, coordination and interpretation on business and trade issues with customers and different departments of the company.

Technical and Functional Knowledge/Skills

Working Experience: a) International business trips. b) Import & Export business execution and Coordination. c) Letter of Credit negotiation documents preparation. d) Bidding/tendering. e) Sales Contract review and negotiation.

Carefulness & comprehensiveness, professionalism & preciseness on commercial instruction and commercial documents. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work well with other departments in a team environment. Willing to take responsibility. Be conscientious and responsible. Flexibility in work schedule, including availability during evenings, weekends and major holidays. Education: Bachelor/Master's degree in business or commercial. Excellent English skills, both oral and written on commercial negotiation, contract and bidding documents.
