Vice President of User Experience Design
A leading company based out of Mumbai is currently seeking a highly experienced and innovative Vice President of User Experience Design to join our dynamic team. This executive role is pivotal in shaping the future of our gaming experiences, ensuring they are engaging, intuitive, and surpass user expectations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the UX design strategy across all gaming platforms, setting a vision for user experience and ensuring its alignment with the company's business goals. Drive the development and execution of user-centered design processes, including research, prototyping, usability testing, and feedback collection. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing to create seamless and innovative game experiences. Mentor and manage a team of UX/UI designers, researchers, and other related professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning. Stay ahead of gaming industry trends, user interface design innovations, and technology advancements to ensure our gaming experiences remain cutting-edge. Oversee the creation of design systems and standards to ensure consistency and high quality across all user touchpoints. Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of 12 years of experience in user experience design, with a significant portion of this time spent in leadership roles. Proven track record of designing and delivering high-impact user experiences that have contributed to increased user engagement and business success. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX design, strategic thinking, and a user-centered approach to problem-solving. Extensive experience with UX research methodologies, design thinking processes, and prototyping tools. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and drive a team towards excellence. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively with teams across the organization and influencing key stakeholders. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.Job tags
