Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Relationship Manager located in Irinjalakuda. The Assistant Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and prospective clients, identifying areas of client needs and opportunities for cross-selling, and providing administrative support such as preparing reports, managing data, and coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail
• Experience in the health insurance industry or related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or any field
• Fluency in Malayalam and English is preferred
• Experience in customer service or client relations is a plus
