Job description
1) Responsible for employee Life Cycle Management
2) To monitor attendance, leaves, absenteeism of MLL staff & BA manpower
3) Supporting & closing monthly bills of Vendors
4) Employee engagement & grievance activities
5) Contribute in improvement of processes & policies
6) Maintaining various records of Employees
7) Recruitment of vacant positions onroll/ offrolls at the locations
8) To assist & ensure mediclaim policy & salary inputs.
9) All administration activities at Site
10) Maintain Compliance & HR MIS Trackers
