Job description
We have urgent opening in one of the reputed Gas manufacturing industry for welder profile.
Designation: Welder
Must Have: Should have min 23 years of prior work exp. in pipe welding and fabrication and Must have good knowledge of cryogenics storage tanks vaporizers valves & installation
Location: Dod Ballapur Bangalore rural
Qualification: SSLC / 10th with ITI in Welding Trade and completed apprenticeship with Any Reputed Organization. Must be a qualified welder in 6G position as per ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code section IX.
Experience: Min 2 years
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Execute piping welding according to welding procedure specification work instructions and quality standards.
Keep proper Coordination and create a safe environment for coworkers.
Effectively listens & understands interprets message communicated by team members.
Skills:
Must have worked on an Industrial site.
Must be proficient in tig and stick welding pipe.
Knowledge and experience with welding equipment and processes.
Able to read and understand PID and detailed drawings.
Able to read & understand weld symbols weld procedures mechanical and structural drawings.
Ability to set up equipment and weld parts using GTAW GMAW and FCAW welding processes based on a WPS.
Able to observe and recognize problems during the welding process.
Properly use fabrication shop hand tools (grinders drills air tools).
Must be always professional and consistent in personal behavior.
Must maintain a safety awareness attitude.
Must possess good communication and organizational skills.
Physical dexterity.
Working knowledge of AWS API ANSI and ASME codes and standards.
