Title: Product Manager Intern - Resources Team

About the Internship:
As our Summer 2024 Product Manager Intern will focus on improving 'wayfinding' of certain features of our product, including Resources. They will partner with the analytics team to create a metrics dashboard and drive relevant plants for prioritization.

Our 8-week summer internship class runs from June 3rd - July 26th 2024.

What You'll Do:

• Work with Product Managers within the Resources team to understand the users and  user cases across multiple products within Resource domain
• Collaborate with Product Analytics to identify gaps in our user and feature metrics 
• Partner with Product Owners to build a prioritized plan on work required to capture required metrics
• Work with the Analytics team to create metrics dashboard that can track key product metrics, user engagement metrics to track the health of the products
• Present a comprehensive plan to the leadership to get their buy-in on how to measure, dashboard and review metrics by documenting all the metrics definitions
• Publish the metrics dashboard and internalize all the dashboards to ensure it is used to plan, prioritize and measure features 

You’re a great fit for this role if:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• You are someone who is excited to work with data to generate insights
• Has strong interest in product management, technology, and the software development lifecycle
• You are a critical thinker and a self-starter 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of SQL/Python is a plus

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

• This internship is remote, U.S. based
• This internship is $20/hour for 35 hours per week
• Our 8-week summer internship class runs from June 3rd 2024 - July 26th
