Job Description: Assistant Sales Coordinator
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Assistant Sales Coordinator to join our team at Divine Cooling Solutions India Pvt Ltd. As an Assistant Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, generate leads, and schedule introductory meetings. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting our portable cold storage solutions to clients in various industries, including pharma, dairy, chemical, automobiles and many more.
Responsibilities:
• Interacting with B2B clients over calls on a daily basis and scheduling introductory meetings
• Generate potential leads & introduce our portable cold storage solutions & its benefits
• Identifying the challenges faced by clients with respect to temperature-controlled storage needs and providing relevant solutions using the USPs of DCS Portable Cold Storage solutions
• Maintain accurate & up-to-date records of calls, leads, and appointments in our CRM system
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure effective follow-up on leads & maximize conversion rates
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & English) with a pleasant and convincing manner
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Ability to engage potential customers and build rapport over the phone
• Goal-oriented mindset with the drive to achieve targets
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Candidate with prior experience in telemarketing or inside sales roles is plus
• Candidate with fluency in the additional language(s) is plus
