Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned Technical Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in precision machining and will be responsible for overseeing technical operations and overall management of the company. The role involves close collaboration with suppliers, customers, and employees to ensure seamless production processes and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize precision machining operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery of products.
• Implement and continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to drive innovation and implement cutting-edge technologies.
• Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and expectations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.
• Develop and manage budgets for technical operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial sustainability.
• Monitor expenses, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Lead and motivate a team of skilled professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting professional development and continuous improvement.
• Ensure that safety protocols and quality standards are upheld throughout the manufacturing process

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical operations management within the manufacturing industry, with a focus on precision machining.
• MBA with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Kannada.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and drive business growth.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
