Job description
1. Advisoryto assist the business in achieving its objectives. Extensively coordinate withand advise the business functions relating to Legal matters, including opinionon claims, labour matters, grievances and fraud related matters andinterpretation of applicable laws.
2. Monitoringand managing companys various Intellectual Property Rights
3. Formulatingand monitoring work related policies
4. Managingvarious suitscriminal complaint filed byagainst the company.
5. Riskevaluation and mitigation through lodging of FIRpolice complaint
6. Monitoringand advising on changes in relevant legislations regulatoryenvironment.
7. Draftingand vetting legal notices and response to legal notices received by the company
8. DraftingVettingof documentation pertaining to Companys properties (immovable and movable),checking title issues.
