Job description

To manage and oversee physical inbound operation and delivering high service levels to ensure that the team delivers results in line with Customers agreed SLA and in accordance with customer procedures and defined standards. • Maintain good working relationships, Co-ordination, discussion and communication • Independently inbound operation handling / leading • Assist to meet performance targets • Together with Project manager participate in problem solving and trouble shoot process, improvement process and innovative ideas to create pipeline projects • Ensure all service providers meet Customer’s requirements and follow the SOP • Ensure to provide right input to FBAP team for LSP billing • On time and accurate MIS for CUSTOMER’S part / production planning • Coordination with buyer and LSPs for appropriate decisions to meet CUSTOMER’S business requirements. • Ensure operational issues are registered and resolved or escalated to next level within time frame and most efficient possible manner. • Ensure accurate planning and end to end managements of all inbound shipments. • Support on ad hoc requirement and convert ideas into projects, Adherence to project’s SOP
