JOB DESCRIPTION- Dynatrace1. Creating the custom Reports and Dashboards for different technologies like top utilizers device list with max, min and average values for same devices per month. 2. Installing the One Agent on different flavor OS and configuration of alerting conditions instance level as well as globally. 3. Event management like correlation, maintenance enabling for multiple devices and application in easy way etc.4. Third party integration with different tools by the help of SNMP, API etc. 5. Enabling and configuring different kind of V2 extensions like Cisco SNMP, SQL, Sybase, Palo Alt, Oracle, IDRAC, EMC Isilon etc. (DB extension, Network extension, Storage extension, Hardware extension) 6. Configuring the different anomaly detections, crating the custom code for creation Out of Box parameters.7. Upgrading the Dynatrace, ActiveGate and Oneagents. 8. Custom solution which are to feasible directly by Dynatrace tool like Storage monitoring, Event ID monitoring etc. 9. Additional monitoring like service, process, logfile, shared filesystem etc. 10. Application monitoring like creating synthetic script, web and real user monitoring. (1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
