We are currently seeking a highly skilled Analyst to manage and optimize our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and ensure seamless integration and reporting. Job Summary: You will be responsible for the efficient functioning of our HRIS and ATS systems, ensuring accurate data management, seamless integration, and robust reporting capabilities. Your role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance people processes and leverage technology to support strategic business objectives.
Shift timings: 12:30 noon to 9:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities - HRIS and ATS Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HRIS (BambooHR) and ATS (Lever) systems, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with People, Business, and Enterprise application & IT teams to implement system updates, enhancements, and troubleshoot issues.
- Integration and API Expertise:
- Manage the integration of HRIS and ATS with other internal systems and external vendors.
- Develop and maintain API connections to streamline data flow and improve data accuracy.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to create, maintain, and analyse comprehensive reports on HR metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Facilitate Reporting via PowerBI dashboards with maintaining API connections with the HR systems.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through system enhancements and automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements and enhance overall efficiency.
- Compliance and Security:
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.
- Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard sensitive HR information.
Qualifications - Master's degree in human resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Analyst or a similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems, API integration, and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
