Job description
• A quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Work closely with cross function team of structural designers, MEP engineers and Project managers
• Developing and presenting project proposals.
• Modifying designs and plans to meet the organization's needs.
• Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
• Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
• Responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures
• Key responsibilities include developing architectural plans, creating design concepts, ensuring structural integrity, complying with building codes and regulations, and collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors
• Develop and present design proposals, including 2D and 3D drawings, models, and presentations, to effectively communicate design concepts and strategies.
• Oversee the development and implementation of design standards, guidelines, and best practices to maintain consistency and quality across projects.
• Coordinate with the project management team to ensure that designs are executed in compliance with regulations, codes, and industry standards.
