Greetings from Vibrantzz Management Services,
Currently hiring for Chat and Email Process for Customer Service in Mumbai.
Location will be Mumbai specifically - Malad, Goreagoan and Thane
Openings for shifts such as US and UK
Timings are as follows :-
US - 05:30pm to 10:30am any 9 hours.
UK - 11:30am to 03:00am any 9 hours.
Minimum Qualification :-
HSC and Graduates
HSC Freshers and Experience of above 6 months in the Customer Service field can apply.
Graduate Freshers and Experience of above 6 months in the Customer Service field can apply.
Candidates should know basic ENGLISH with proper pronounciation and Grammar to apply.
Salary:-
Experienced: 35K In-hand + Incentives
Depending on the Experience and the last drawn
Work Schedule:-
5 days working
2 rotational week-offs
Handle Customer inquiries and issues via chat and email.
Provide information about products/services and resolve customer complaints
Maintain accurate and detailed customer interaction records.
