Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Team Lead. The Billing Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day billing processes, managing and training billing staff, ensuring accurate invoicing, conducting data analysis to identify opportunities for increased revenue, and communicating with clients regarding billing issues and concerns. Qualifications Billing Process, Billing Systems, and Invoicing skills Analytical skills for conducting data analysis to identify revenue optimization opportunities Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and managing and training billing staff Min 5 years of experience as Team Lead Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements Proficient in MS Excel and other relevant software Associate degree in Accounting or related field; Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration or related field preferredJob tags
