Position: Human Resources Executive

We offer services from thorough, effective stain treatment and cleaning abilities to our quick pick-up and delivery service.

Salary: 25,000/- to 30,000/-

Responsibilities:
As an HR Executive at KLiNCO, you will be responsible for:
1. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
candidates.
2. Coordinating and conducting employee onboarding and orientation programs.
3. Administering HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and
regulations.
4. Managing employee payroll, roster planning, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work
environment.
5. Assisting in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
6. Managing employee records and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR assistant or coordinator.
Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
