Designation Manager - Marketing
Industry Type- Food Industry/Food Ingredients/Herbal Extracts/Nutraceuticals/Pharma – Excipients/Raw Materials Job Location - Malad Mumbai – HO Experience- 8 to 10 + years. Reports To -Director Education - Any Graduate/PG (BSc/MSc added advantage) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Responsibilities · Monitoring industry trends in order to identify new opportunities for business growth · Reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns in order to make adjustments to increase efficiency and effectiveness · Coordinating with other members of the department to develop and execute marketing campaigns. · Maintaining relationships with existing clients in order to retain them as customers · Researching new technologies in order to incorporate them into the company’s marketing strategy · Monitoring industry trends in order to identify new opportunities for business growth · Creating reports that detail key metrics such as the number of leads generated by each campaign, so that the effectiveness of each campaign can be evaluate. · Managing marketing budgets and overseeing all aspects of a company’s marketing activities · Providing leadership and direction to staff members throughout the organization · Identifying new opportunities for growth within the company’s existing customer base by researching potential buyers’ needs and buying habits. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Requirements and skills · Strong Data analysis to identify trends in consumer behavior and preferences. · Relevant coursework includes marketing strategy, research, statistics, economics, business law, ethics and advertising. · Coordinating with other members of the department to develop and execute marketing campaigns. · Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.Job tags
