Experience: 6-15 years of Industry Experience Location: India Mode of Work: Full time Manager in R&D capability within DERD. Looking for Self-Driven and Seasoned Manager with exceptional skills in coordinating, organizing and supporting execution of transformations/improvements in Engineering and R&D space. As Manager in R&D capability within DERD, you will need to work closely with leadership to define and deliver in the areas of R&D Strategy, Innovation Management, PLM Process Consulting & Enablement, Digital Thread Key responsibilities include: · Lead and manage consulting projects focusing on R&D Strategy, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), R&D Innovation, Business Case development, Vendor Selection etc. · Develop and implement strategies for effective idea funneling and management to foster innovation. · Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, providing expert advice and solutions in digital engineering and R&D. · Oversee the project lifecycle from conception to delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines and budgets. · Lead a team of consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their professional development. · Stay conversant of industry trends and technological advancements to offer cutting-edge solutions to clients. · Foster relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to expand business opportunities. · Experience of working in Innovation mgmt, PLM, BOM, Digital Thread space · Exposure to any Ideation platforms, PLM software, Process Excellence, Digital Transformations and shaping end to end Engineering Transformations · Experience of working in Consulting engagements · Experience of working on Strategy and Consulting assignments for clients. · Concrete experience leading complex PLM Transformation projects across multiple industries · Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where continuous innovation is desired. · Analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases. · Ability to clearly communicate these data insights to others. · Experience of working on client proposals and lead team · General Manager / owner mentality, work closely with Team to deliver · At least 10 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, Problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes · Define strategies for processes within Engg. and R&D landscape and digital transformation initiatives. · Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly. · Oversee project management, including budgeting, timeline, and resource allocation. · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in PLM and digital engineering. · At least 5 years of experience in Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment. · Project Management Experience with strong communication and teamwork skills · Ability to work in Global Environment using Onshore Offshore model. · Sensitivity and skill at working with different cultures and styles · Rapidly learn and apply new engineering technologies and exposure to other PLM tools. · Engineering background with MBA preferred With Regards, Victor [email protected] +91-739-749-0179Job tags
