Job description
Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and end-users.
Create and maintain project documentation and specifications.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure alignment with business needs.
Assist in testing and validation of data solutions.
Provide ongoing support and communication between technical and non-technical teams.
Competencies:
5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering for a data engineering/ data analytics project.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stak eholders.
