Overall Objective

Service Delivery Manager needs to analyses customer need, propose solution as per the need, source, mentor and coach the team to interface with complimentary practices to deliver the solution. Responsibilities

Manage project financials (revenue, profitability, collections) and timely plus accurate billing. Communicate regularly with client for project deliverables, exploring new requirements. Prepare for MRM, MOR and QBR. Provide the customer with outcome-based learning solutions that meet their requirements. Support Sales team in solutioning, preparation and submission of proposals. Weekly updates on account Revenues and UBR by eod Friday. Respond to an ARF within the defined TAT. Define and communicate Project processes, standards / metrics to the entire project team. Allocate and review/monitor tasks for the team. Identify key risks, create & implement mitigation plans for the project. Motivate and lead project team including setting & reviewing goals/KPAs/ targets. Maintain calendar of account's resources and ensure their utilization. Ensure that the learning solutions are delivered flawlessly. This may involve booking trainers, venues, travel and hotel stay. Track and respond to UBR and BR reports. Finalize appropriate partners (if required) for the project Build a network and connect across various support organizations. Adhere and comply to project/organization processes and standards. Constantly upskill the team so that they can deliver their best to the customer Consequence Management . Process Management. Project Management.

Qualification

Any Graduation / Post Graduation. Must be from Project Management, Corporate Training and Learning Administration background 15-18 years of work experience.
