Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Supervisor at Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School in Surat. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing site supervision, communication with construction teams, inspection of construction sites, and ensuring construction safety.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills: ability to manage teams and delegate tasks effectively
• Site Supervision: experience overseeing and managing construction sites
• Communication: ability to communicate effectively with construction teams and school management
• Inspection: experience inspecting construction sites to ensure quality and safety standards
• Construction Safety: knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to construction
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly
• Experience working on construction projects in educational institutions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
