We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative technology solutions that meet the business objectives of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design end-to-end solutions that align with industry best practices and meet the organization's strategic goals.
- Develop architectural blueprints and documentation to guide the implementation and integration of software applications, systems, and infrastructure.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools to support the organization's technical roadmap.
- Lead and participate in the development of proof-of-concept projects to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of architectural designs and adherence to established standards.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance the organization's technical capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or a similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex technology solutions.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and secure software architectures.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with DevOps practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Solution Architect) are highly desirable.
