We at LSS are looking to hire fashion designers who are eager to learn, create and grow within our dynamic setup. Working closely with the founders, you will be responsible for curating and planning the design strategy in sync with the company's vision. We're looking for applicants who have a curious, out of the box and creative approach towards designing. We welcome creative minds who are eager to work hard, take feedback and hustle with the brand. LSS is looking to expand their design team in future which would allow you to head the department of design and become a part of the core team if our thoughts and vision is in synergy. Design is the foundation of the firm and we are on a lookout for candidates who are hungry to create, grow and spur their career in Fashion Design. Key Responsibilities: Prepare quarterly design maps/strategies Fulfill the pre-decided monthly design goal Who are we looking for? Fashion Designers with a creative/out of the box skill set Experience with basic to advanced fashion techniques Hands on experience with sewing machines Should be open to travel for sourcing Minimum 2yrs of work experience as a designer Why Us?
