What you’ll do for us… Work in a 24/7 Team with International Customers across the Globe Triage the ticket and categorise Reproduce the issue and work with R&D, DevOps Develop, Test and Deploy the fix to production. Provide explanations for system behaviour (For solver – more complicated) Move Config between different environments. Clean-up/archival and performance tuning. User Management (tickets or training customer IT) Collate the repeated issues or pain points of planners to CSM for enhancements Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Engineering degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Experience: 1-3 Years Understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning and S&OP. Experience working in a 24/7 Environment working in night shifts & weekends Experience working independently in a remote setup Strong Written and Oral English proficiency SQL or similar (Intermediate); Statistical, Optimization and Simulation skills through software tools and packages like Python, R, SAS, CPLEX or similar is desirable (Beginner) What we’ll do for you… Competitive salary Get social: When we work from home, we play from home with fun after-work activities like Friday Socials.
