Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with managing and growing sales by providing excellent customer service, training clients on how to use our products, and implementing sales strategies. This role also requires managing sales targets and working with a team to maintain sales records and other documentation.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to effectively present and sell to clients
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to provide exceptional service to clients
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in Training and Facilitation
• A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
