Job description

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
  2. Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities with potential clients, including freight forwarders and shippers.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  4. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
  5. Explore and evaluate new business opportunities.
  6. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  7. Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting the logistics sector.
  8. Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management roles within the industry.
    • Strong understanding of operations, commercial and freight forwarding or NVOCC processes.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
