Job Profile
We are looking to expand our sales in this market and reach new heights for which we need a dynamic person from this industry who can Head the division for us. He will be reporting directly to the Promoters of the company and will have a team working under him. So, the main responsibilities will be:
1) Bringing additional sales to the company
2) Co-ordinating with major customers & distributors
3) Managing the team under him
4) Fully responsible for payment collection with the help of the team members under him
5) Ensuring the team is fully coordinating with the factory for order dispatches, production planning, etc.
6) Hiring more members as and when required
7) Attending exhibitions/conferences on behalf of the company
8) Monthly reporting to the Promoters on segment performance
9) Presenting MIS reports such as Sales analysis, Repeat-order analysis, Geographical sales comparison, etc.
