Job description
• Contribute responsibly and adhere to relevant laws, regulations and corporate obligations in terms of financial aspects.
• Accounts payable and Receivable.
• Billing & Invoicing.
• Strong knowledge in TDS, TCS, GST, IT Returns.
• Ledger maintenance & Journal entries.
• Must have knowledge in Tally, Tally ERP, Tally ERP 9.
• Guide management of Project Budgets, Cost to Complete, Cash Inflow/Outflow, Cost Control, Project Teams & Finance across construction projects.
• Standardise & streamline all financial processes.
• Preparation of financial reports, monthly project reports.
• Analyse Pre/Post Cale and implement improvements.
• Single point of contact for all Cost Control and Transactional processes..
• Escalation and resolution point for all Cost Control and Transactional aspects.
• Close cooperation with all stakeholders.
• Support to Management with related reporting.
