About the Brand:

Mother Sparsh (backed by ITC) initiated its journey around 4 years back intending to provide best of the skincare/healthcare products for babies and mothers. In a short span, we have made the right innovations by developing the gentlest product for babies and the environment as well. The brand made its mark with India's First 'Eco-friendly Water-based wipes' and later launched the 'Plant-Powered' baby care range. In this short duration, we have been awarded many prestigious awards and are known among India's top baby care startups. The brand has registered 4x growth in the last 2 financial quarters & known to be the leading D2C venture in the Indian market.

 

We are looking to hire a Content Strategist to develop and execute content and communication strategies for the brand, focused towards its D2C domain. The content strategist's responsibilities will include designing the effective communication for the brand, understanding the objective and customer journeys, and directing a way forward via content to increase brand awareness and retention.

  1. Understanding the company's requirements in terms of content/creative inputs and timelines.
  2. Providing copy as required for the respective creative. Ensuring that the design team is adequately resourced.
  3. Should be well versed in scaling brand through brand website, expertise in crafting strategy for this including content, creative and pricing strategy and ensuring the entire to work in this alignment.
  4. Write for branded communications including ads, emails, events collateral, landing pages, video scripts, product marketing materials & product packaging.
  5. Being the single point of contact for the content/copy communication.
  6. A deep understanding of consumer behaviour and should be skilled in producing content for brand communication effectively.
  7. Ability to work with the marketing/creative team and figure out what type of content is working, and refine the future content strategies accordingly.
  8. Should be comfortable working with team members in a highly interactive environment.
  9. It includes a mix of brand marketing, advertising, and product-related projects.

 

Qualification: candidates who have a bachelor's degree graduate or Degree in Journalism, Mass Media and Communications (From a reputed University) / MBA/NIFT degree will be an advantage.

Experience Required: 4+ years (Priority to those candidates who have experience in D2C domain/FMCG Sector)
