YO HR CONSULTANCY is a leading recruitment agency in the None industry. We specialize in sourcing and selecting top talents for various positions across different sectors. Currently, we are looking for a Medical Representative for our client's Cardio Diabetic division. The position is based in Hyderabad and requires 1-5 years of experience in a similar role. The selected candidate will be offered a competitive salary of up to 5LPA.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales strategy of the Cardio Diabetic division
• Provide market feedback to Managers and the Marketing Team
• Attend induction and CTP Cycle meetings to understand campaigns and processes
• Ensure effective delivery of communication and messages within the clinic
• Prepare Campaign customers list as per the strategy
• Prepare and implement POA to achieve assigned targets
• Meet SVL Doctors as per approved frequency
• Actively participate in joint calls with stakeholders
• Conduct RCPA, record Rx generation, and ensure availability of products
• Initiate process for discounts and ensure timely collection of dues
• Manage stockist by ensuring sufficient stock as per market demand
• Submit timely reports and documents as required
• Ensure attendance of Doctors in CMEs/Conference
• Follow up with Doctors and Chemists after activities like CME/Conference

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Proven work experience as a Medical Representative in the Cardio Diabetic division
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals
