Team Lead / Associate Manager - Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and drive growth within the assigned category. Managing a sales team and coaching individuals to meet and exceed their sales targets. Has chased the 1Cr - 2.5Cr Business every Month. Analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competition to identify new sales opportunities and strategies. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners within the assigned category. Forecasting sales, tracking performance, and reporting on key metrics to senior management. Must be a Team Performer and can work with a Team with Leadership Skills and Go-getter Attitude. Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to sales and marketing activities.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM Min 7+ years of Exp and 3-4 years in Team Handling with a Team Size of 8-15 Job Stability is Major Criteria, Min 2 years Tenure in Last 3 Organization Preferred Industry - Insurance, Fintech, Job Portals, Edtech (Any Hard-Core Tele Sales) Closing the entire Sale over the call Should have handled Tele-sales with Daily and weekly sales closures. Can work Under Pressure and make Team Productive.
