Job description
Connexus Global Ventures is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager specialising in digital marketing, community management, programs and events. The ideal candidate will be based in Gurgaon, India, and will be responsible for devising and implementing comprehensive digital and offline marketing strategies to elevate brand presence, engage audiences, and drive growth for our company. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in social media management. This would initially be a hybrid role with 2 days/week WFH.
Responsibilities: Community Management : Building our online and offline communities by growing and monitoring the engagement on various social media platforms and at in-person events. Planning and hosting panel discussions, roundtables and other online events on industry topics. Planning and leading offline events Strategic Partnerships: Build bridges with the corporate and institutions in our global markets, with focus on the UK. Identify appropriate mentors, collaborators and partners that can add value to the organization and the community through strategic collaboration. Manage and retain these relationships on an ongoing basis. Other Areas: Develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive conversions across various online channels. Analyse campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Lead generation through customer and prospect touchpoints Skill Set Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, emailers, social media and/or display advertising campaigns Expertise in graphic designing and video editing is necessary. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, MS Office, latest videomaking and editing tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
