Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Engineer at Sicherheit Systems in Chennai. The Customer Service Engineer will be responsible for providing field service, customer support, and technical support for electronic security products, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Experience in field service and technical support
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Technical certifications and/or relevant experience in the electronic security industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field
